We would like to introduce the heat treatment technology "Deoxidation Treatment" of Fine Tech Co., Ltd. This technology performs heat treatment using a reducing gas or inert gas atmosphere furnace. It allows for heat treatment without oxidizing the metal surface. While the brightness is inferior to that of vacuum treatment, it is widely used for various components.
